Using Tales Home

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tales Home for enjoying stories with your family. Reading is free; some narrated audio and features may require an account or subscription.

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by copying, redistributing, or reselling our stories and audio, or by interfering with the service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Accounts are intended for adults; if the app is used by children, it should be under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Content and intellectual property

The stories, audio narration, artwork, and design in Tales Home are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may enjoy them within the app but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Subscriptions and payments

If you purchase a subscription, it is billed through your app store account (Apple or Google) and, unless cancelled, renews automatically at the end of each period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand.

Payments are processed by the app stores and our payment partner; we do not store your full payment-card details.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Tales Home running, but we may add, change, or remove stories and features over time. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Tales Home is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

Ending your use

You may stop using Tales Home and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
